Jude Bellingham's dad scores seven goals for England Over-50s

The father of Jude Bellingham and Jobe Bellingham scored seven goals for England's Over-50s side against the Republic of Ireland.

The England Veterans age group ran out 13-1 winners against their visitors on Sunday in Cambridgeshire.

They were indebted to Mark Bellingham, a former non-league footballer whose two sons play for Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund respectively, who scored seven times.

The first six goals from Bellingham Sr., and an assist for Kerry Giddings, gave the hosts a 7-0 half-time lead.

Bellingham Sr. notched his seventh after the break and the other goals came from Alex Sykes, Kevin Marsden, Richard Vercesi and Paul Betson.

Bellingham Sr., who turned 50 this year, played at non-league level for 17 years for 22 different clubs. He was a prolific goalscorer at that level which he now taken into England Veterans Over-50s duty.

His sons, Jude and Jobe, have climbed to much greater heights in their own careers. Jude was a standout England player at the World Cup, and scored more goals at the tournament than Harry Kane.
